• Use for personal and commercial on an finished avatar is allowed.
• The price of the finished avatar must not be cheaper than the bodybase (20$).
• You must credit me in your store page when using the base on your avatar.
• For nitro or free avatars usage dm me on discord, you may not use it without my approval.
• Texturing the base for commercial purpose is allowed, including tattoos, base colors, normal maps... the original base texture must not be included in the folder.
• Using parts of the mesh to make clothing including skinshirts and fishnets is allowed (Re-UV is required).
• The Product and all associated intellectual property rights remains to me. This TOS does not transfer any ownership rights to the User.
• Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license without refund. Legal action may be pursued for severe or repeated violations.
• I reserve the right to update or modify this TOS at any time. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• The mesh topology of the 3D Body Base (including edge flow, poly count, and geometry structure) is the intellectual property of RestinPasta and is protected under this license. You may not use the mesh or its topology (e.g., by tracing over it or using shrinkwrap modifiers) for the purpose of redistribution or commercial sale is strictly prohibited.
